MasterLine 8
The unique concept of the Masterline 8 system makes it possible to combine a wide range of types of window openings, design variants and different thermal insulation levels. The design variants, each with their distinct appearance and sense, make MasterLine 8 suitable for any architectural style, while offering superior performance in terms of thermal insulation and air and water tightness with a limited construction depth of 87 mm.
The MasterLine 8 windows have 3 different insulation levels. These different levels of isolation are achieved by integrating new and intelligent materials. For High Insulation +, innovative insulating bars are used that use a low-emission film and thus improve the insulation value by reflecting and maintaining the heat.
Technical specifications for MasterLine 8
ENERGY
Thermal insulation: Uf value up to 1.0 W / m²K depending on the frame / ventilation combination and glass thickness.
The Uf value measures the heat flow. The lower the Uf value, the better the thermal insulation of the frame.
COMFORT
Acoustic performance: Rw (C; Ctr) = 45 (-1; -4) dB; Hidden Vent: Rw (C; Ctr) = 49, depending on the type of window and opening
The Sound Reduction Index (Rw) measures the sound reduction capacity of the frame.
Air tightness (max. Test pressure): Class 4 (600 Pa)
The air tightness test measures the volume of air that would pass through a closed window at a certain air pressure.
Watertight: 9A (600Pa), E1200 (1200Pa)
The water tightness test involves the application of a uniform water spray to the increase of the air pressure until the water penetrates the window.
Wind resistance (max. Test pressure): 1600 Pa, 2000 Pa
Wind resistance (frame deformation): C (≤ 1/300)
Wind resistance is a measure of the strength of the profile structure and is tested by applying elevated air pressure levels to simulate wind force. There are up to five levels of wind resistance (1 to 5) and three classes of deformation (A, B, C). The higher the number, the better the performance.
SAFETY
Burglar resistance: RC2, RC3
Anti-burglary resistance is tested by statistical and dynamic loads as well as by simulated discontinuation of the use of specified instruments.
